Project: | Development of an automated algorithm and methodology for the design process of the JACKET supporting structure of an offshore transformer substation for given conditions. |
Programme: | The project is implemented under the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund |
Project goal: | The aim of the project is to develop an original methodology for designing JACKET-type support structures used for marine transformer substations, based on an automated algorithm for selecting the main parameters and using an original design system (composed of various tools combined using feedback) of a structure that will be lighter than others (lower mass structure optimization coefficient of up to 0.022). |
Planned effects: |
The implementation of the project concerns the development of an innovative product, i.e. the design of a JACKET type supporting structure (steel, spatial tubular structure consisting of main supporting legs and tubular reinforcing elements) of a steel offshore transformer substation. The intention of the project is to develop and then implement innovative products into the company's offer, the mass structure optimization coefficient of which will be 0.022 [the ratio of the mass of the designed JACKET structure to the product of the mass of the TOPSIDE facility and the depth of the reservoir in the place where the structure is founded]. |
Project value: | 3,227,600.01 PLN |
Project co-financing from the EU: | 2,263,319.38 PLN |

Project: | Development of an innovative MONOPILE CE structure design for offshore wind turbines using a new monopile production technology taking into account the range of steel offered by domestic suppliers. |
Programme: | The project is implemented under the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund |
Project goal: | The aim of the project is to develop an innovative monopile foundation structure for offshore wind turbines. The essence of the innovative nature of the solution is the use of new technology using thick sheet metal produced electrically. Currently used methods allow for production |
